Automated Review Requests for Contractors
Make a courteous review request part of the completed-job workflow, with message timing and customer follow-up agreed during setup.
The full 5-star review engine stack, wired for contractors.
Post-Job Automation
Review requests go out automatically after job completion — no manual effort.
A Clear Review Link
Use the agreed business review destination and an approved request appropriate for that platform.
Customer Follow-Up
Connected customer replies reach the team so follow-up stays organized after the job.
Steady Growth
Make review requests a repeatable part of your customer experience, without relying on office reminders.
Why this matters.
After every completed job, automated review requests go out while the experience is fresh. Build your online reputation without chasing customers.
Built around the way your office works.
For contractors whose completed jobs rarely turn into review requests because the crew and office are already on the next project. The Review Engine makes a clear, courteous request part of the agreed post-job process.
From the first step to the handoff.
- STEP 1
Use the agreed completion event
A supported job-status update starts the post-job workflow. If the dispatch tool does not provide that event, an agreed manual update may be needed.
- STEP 2
Send a straightforward request
The message identifies your business and makes it easy for a customer to share their experience. The timing, destination, and any reminder are agreed during setup.
- STEP 3
Stay on top of replies
Connected replies go to the designated team. Your staff can respond to service questions and maintain an attentive customer experience after the job is complete.
Example post-job request
Illustrative workflow. Your wording, connections, and rules are agreed during setup.
- “Thanks for choosing our team for your project. Would you share your experience in a Google review? Here is our review link.”
- The request follows the agreed job-completion trigger and messaging permissions.
- Your team monitors connected replies and manages any customer follow-up.
What setup requires.
Bring your business review link, the job-completion event, approved message wording, and messaging permissions. We confirm how completion is recorded and where customer replies should go, then test the request and any reminder before activation.
Scope, costs, and the details that matter.
Do I need an existing Google Business Profile?
To request a Google review, you need the correct review link for your business profile. Profile setup and verification are separate steps where needed. Other destinations should be evaluated against their own review-request rules.
Does this guarantee five-star reviews or higher rankings?
No. Customers choose whether to review and what to say. The feature automates the request process; it cannot promise a rating, a number of reviews, or a search position.
Does it write reviews or public replies for me?
The standard feature described here sends review requests. Customer reviews remain the customer’s own words. Public response management or other additional work must be explicitly included in your agreed scope.
What is included and what costs extra?
The Review Engine is included in Starter at $97/month and in Growth. Connected messaging usage, numbers, and applicable registration or carrier fees are separate. Confirm any custom dispatch integration before activation.
How long does setup take, and what do I need to do?
The published onboarding target is 10 business days for Starter and 7 for Growth priority onboarding. Timing depends on receiving the required content, account access, approvals, and any carrier or platform registration. We handle the agreed setup; you provide accurate business instructions and approve the result.
What is the full price, including usage?
Starter is $97/month and Growth is $297/month. Annual options are $970 and $2,970 respectively. Telephone, SMS/MMS, email, AI, and other metered services may be additional, along with applicable taxes. Use the Phone Pricing & Billing Guide for published communication rates and confirm any other usage charges in your written order.
How do support, cancellation, and refunds work?
Email support@dreamsurge.ai for support or cancellation. First-time subscriptions have a 30-day refund policy. Cancellation normally requires 30 days’ notice unless your accepted order or applicable law provides otherwise; prepaid or elapsed service is not automatically refunded outside the refund policy. Our Terms explain the details.
How do I know the setup fits my business before launch?
Use the demo to review your services, current tools, required connections, and expected usage. The written order defines the deliverables and charges. Before activation, review the content and test the agreed inquiry, booking, notification, and opt-out paths with us.
