Everyone should be able to learn about Dream Surge and contact our team. If a part of this website prevents you from doing that, we want to help.

If you can, include:
- The page address and the task you were trying to complete.
- What prevented you from completing the task.
- Your preferred way for us to respond or provide the information.
- Your browser or assistive technology, if relevant and you are comfortable sharing it.
A diagnosis, medical history, or proof of disability is not needed to report a website barrier. Please avoid sending sensitive health information. We will review the issue, discuss available assistance, and follow up on practical next steps. Timing depends on the request and the work needed; let us know if the task is time-sensitive.
4. Third-party content and limitations
Scheduling tools, account portals, chat services, embedded media, and linked third-party websites can behave differently from our own pages and may present accessibility barriers. Their design and updates are not entirely under our control. Contact us if one of these tools prevents access so we can consider an alternative way to help and raise the issue with the provider.
We cannot promise compatibility with every combination of device, browser, and assistive technology. This does not change our responsibility to address accessibility obligations that apply to us or your right to request assistance.
5. Browsers and assistive technology
The website uses standard web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Some interactive functions require JavaScript. A current browser and current assistive technology may improve compatibility, but updating software is not a condition of asking us for help.
The legal pages provide headings, links to their sections, and a “Skip to” link available when navigating by keyboard. If these features or another part of the site do not work for you, please tell us what happened.
6. Feedback and updates
We welcome suggestions and will update this statement as our website and accessibility work change. If our response does not address your concern, reply to the same email thread and request further review. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising any legal right or contacting an appropriate authority.
