We agree the page list and content, prepare the site for your review, and test the inquiry path before connecting your domain. Keep your current site running until the replacement is ready.

Is the website really included, and what does “free” mean?
The standard website rebuild, hosting, and maintenance are included with the subscription, with no separate standard build invoice. Starter is $97/month and Growth is $297/month. Custom development, extra integrations, advertising, and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Can I keep my domain and existing email?
You retain your domain. We review its DNS and existing email setup before making the website switch. Email migration is separate from a website rebuild; identify your current provider during onboarding so website changes preserve the required email records.
How many pages and revisions are included?
The written website scope lists the pages, content responsibilities, and review process before work starts. There is no universal unlimited-page or unlimited-revision promise. Bring your current sitemap and required services to the demo so the proposed scope covers them.
Will the rebuild preserve my existing SEO?
We review existing URLs, page purposes, titles, internal links, and any necessary redirects during migration. Share Search Console access if available. A careful migration helps continuity, but search rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You keep the customer-specific content and code you own, subject to payment and applicable licenses, and can request the available website files. Hosting, CRM, messaging, and AI services are subscription services. Moving the site or replacing platform-dependent features may require separate work.
How long does setup take, and what do I need to do?
The published onboarding target is 10 business days for Starter and 7 for Growth priority onboarding. Timing depends on receiving the required content, account access, approvals, and any carrier or platform registration. We handle the agreed setup; you provide accurate business instructions and approve the result.
What is the full price, including usage?
Starter is $97/month and Growth is $297/month. Annual options are $970 and $2,970 respectively. Telephone, SMS/MMS, email, AI, and other metered services may be additional, along with applicable taxes. How do support, cancellation, and refunds work?
Email support@dreamsurge.ai for support or cancellation. First-time subscriptions have a 30-day refund policy. Cancellation normally requires 30 days’ notice unless your accepted order or applicable law provides otherwise; prepaid or elapsed service is not automatically refunded outside the refund policy. How do I know the setup fits my business before launch?
Use the demo to review your services, current tools, required connections, and expected usage. The written order defines the deliverables and charges. Before activation, review the content and test the agreed inquiry, booking, notification, and opt-out paths with us.
