Dream Surge · Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website or interact with Dream Surge.
1. Who we are and scope
Dream Surge LLC (“Dream Surge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides websites, marketing tools, customer communications, and AI-assisted workflows for businesses. This policy applies to dreamsurge.ai, our pages that link to this policy, and information we handle for our own sales, account administration, and support.
When a business customer uses our services to communicate with its own customers or manage its records, that business generally decides why and how those records are used. We process that information on its instructions under our agreement. Contact that business first about its messages, services, or privacy practices; we can help route requests concerning information we process for it. A separate data processing agreement, where applicable, governs that relationship.
This policy is a notice about information handling. Visiting this page or accepting our Terms does not, by itself, give consent to marketing texts, calls, call recording, or tracking that requires separate consent.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, trade or industry, service areas, website addresses, and business details such as the revenue range you choose to provide.
- Inquiries and appointments: form entries, demo requests, booking times and time zones, notes, survey answers, and information you share during sales or support conversations.
- Account and transaction information: account identifiers, subscription choices, billing details, invoice and payment status, and records needed to administer your account. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own notices.
- Communications: emails, SMS/MMS messages, chat conversations, telephone numbers involved in a communication, timestamps, delivery status, and, where recording or transcription is enabled and legally permitted, audio, transcripts, and summaries.
- Device and activity information: IP addresses, browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, page addresses, visits, clicks, events, cookie or advertising identifiers, and campaign attribution information.
- Preferences and consent records: communication choices, opt-in and opt-out records, the disclosure presented when consent is collected, and associated source and timing information where recorded.
- Customer-provided and connected information: contact records, business content, appointment details, and other information that a business customer or an authorized integration supplies to perform the requested services.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through the website and communications tools, and from businesses or services you authorize to provide it. We may connect these records, for example to associate an inquiry with its source campaign.
Partially completed forms: our demo flow can save the contact details you enter after you select its consent checkbox, even if you leave before completing a booking. This can include your name, telephone number, email, and the stage reached. Saving a partial inquiry is not a separate authorization for unrelated marketing.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; arrange and manage appointments; provide websites, accounts, and communications services; configure business workflows; process subscriptions and billing; offer support; and send service notices. Where permitted and supported by the required consent, we also communicate about Dream Surge offerings.
We use activity and attribution information to understand website use, measure campaigns, improve content and services, and support advertising. We also process information to investigate errors or misuse, maintain security, enforce agreements, fulfill legal obligations, and keep records of preferences and consent. The restrictions on mobile information in Section 6 apply to every purpose in this policy.
Reports may use aggregate or de-identified information. When we treat information as de-identified, we maintain it in that form and do not attempt to identify individuals except as permitted by law to assess the de-identification process.
6. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile telephone numbers to other businesses or affiliates for their advertising or promotional use. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from all advertising, audience-building, and other unrelated sharing described in this policy.
Access to mobile information is limited to providers supporting the requested services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and customer support providers, and disclosures required by law. These operational disclosures do not permit recipients to use that information for their own marketing or to transfer your consent to another sender. The same restrictions apply to hashed mobile numbers and apply notwithstanding any broader disclosure category above.
We use messaging information to operate the program you joined, provide assistance, document permission, and honor opt-outs. We may retain limited suppression and consent records after an opt-out or deletion request to prevent unwanted messages and meet legal obligations.
Reply STOP to a Dream Surge text to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also email support@dreamsurge.ai. For message types, frequency, charges, and other program details, read the SMS/MMS Program Terms. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. AI, calls, and recordings
Dream Surge services may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to answer or route inquiries, generate text or synthetic speech, summarize conversations, extract appointment details, suggest replies, and assist with follow-up. You may interact with an AI assistant rather than a person, including through chat, text, or an AI receptionist.
These functions can process the information you provide, relevant business instructions, conversation history, and, when enabled, call audio and transcripts. Service providers supplying language models, speech recognition, voice generation, or communications infrastructure may process that information to operate the feature. Feature-specific settings and provider agreements affect processing and retention. Contact us before submitting confidential or sensitive material if you need details for a particular service.
We may review inputs, outputs, transcripts, and workflow results to provide support, investigate problems, and improve the configured service. Configuring a business assistant or its knowledge base is different from training a general-purpose model. This policy does not grant unrestricted permission to train unrelated general-purpose models on personal communications; any additional use must have an appropriate legal basis and required notice or consent.
When call recording, monitoring, or transcription is enabled, additional notice and consent may be required at the time of the call. This policy does not substitute for that notice or consent. If you do not want to use an AI or recorded channel, stop the interaction and contact support@dreamsurge.ai to request another way to communicate.
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. Ask for human review of important details, especially prices, availability, or commitments. These tools are not an emergency service or a source of professional advice.
8. Retention and security
Retention depends on the category and purpose of the information: inquiries and communications support follow-up and service; account and billing records support the customer relationship and required recordkeeping; technical logs support operations and security; and consent or suppression records support messaging obligations. We consider the sensitivity of the data, the relationship, legal requirements, disputes, and backup cycles when deciding how long to keep it.
Information may be deleted, de-identified, or retained in limited form when its operational purpose ends. A deletion request may not immediately remove information from backups, records we must legally retain, or systems operated independently by another business.
We use safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or loss. No transmission, storage system, or service can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect account credentials and avoid sending passwords, full payment details, or other sensitive information through ordinary email, texts, or chat.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
Contact support@dreamsurge.ai with the subject “Privacy request” to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information, or to ask about our handling of it. Describe your request and the email or telephone number associated with your interaction. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing records; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. For texts, reply STOP to the sending number or contact support with the number to suppress. Revoking marketing permission does not cancel a subscription, delete every record, or prevent legally permitted non-marketing account notices through other channels.
We respond under applicable legal deadlines and explain applicable exceptions. If we act for another business, we may direct your request to that business or assist it with the response. Contact us if you need an accessible method to make a request.
10. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your residence, the law’s coverage, and applicable exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-data uses; and opt out of certain profiling decisions. These rights are available only where the relevant law applies.
California residents covered by the CCPA may request categories and specific pieces of information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients. Section 2 describes our collection categories, Sections 3–7 describe purposes and disclosures, and Section 8 explains retention. Advertising disclosures can involve online identifiers and internet activity; mobile/SMS information is excluded as stated in Section 6.
To submit an opt-out request, email support@dreamsurge.ai with the subject “Do not sell or share my personal information.” See Section 4 for browser controls and signal handling. Where authorized agents are permitted, we may ask for proof of authorization. Where an appeal is available, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal”; you may also contact the appropriate state regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
11. International visitors
Our services are directed primarily to U.S. businesses. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from yours. A visit to this site is not a waiver of any applicable protections.
If EEA, UK, or other applicable law governs our processing, relevant grounds may include performing a contract or taking steps you request before a contract, legitimate business interests where not overridden by your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required. Applicable rights may include objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent for future processing, and a complaint to your local supervisory authority. Any required international-transfer safeguards must be established under applicable law; this policy does not itself establish them.
12. Children and sensitive information
Dream Surge’s business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification, full payment credentials, medical records, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive information through general-purpose forms or AI conversations. A service intended to process regulated information requires a separate appropriate agreement and configuration.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as services or requirements change and will revise the effective date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required. A policy update does not retroactively expand an existing SMS opt-in or authorize a new use that requires separate permission.
