Dream Surge passes through communication costs from the Lead Connector (LC) Phone system. Published HighLevel rates for US and Canada are the baseline; Dream Surge bills usage at 1.05× those amounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This page summarizes common US/Canada categories so you can estimate SMS, MMS, voice, and number fees. Country-specific and international rates follow the same underlying provider tables; Dream Surge applies the same 1.05× multiplier. Rates change when our provider updates their pricing—check back periodically or ask your account contact for current figures.
SMS (per segment)
SMS is billed per segment (long messages may use multiple segments). Inbound and outbound US/Canada SMS share the same per-segment rate below at Dream Surge.

Voice calls (per minute)
Call reporting may show exact durations; billing typically rounds partial minutes up. Outbound calls can include multiple legs (for example, dialer + client minutes). Inbound calls may include an incoming leg plus a forwarded leg if you answer on a forwarding number.

Conference calls & other usage
Conference bridges and similar features are billed per participant per minute by region. Example US rate after Dream Surge markup: $0.0019/participant/minute. Other regions (for example Dublin, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, São Paulo) have higher per-minute conference rates on the provider side; we apply 1.05× to whatever is current.
Carrier pass-through fees (US examples)
Major carriers may add per-message fees on top of SMS/MMS segment charges. The table below shows illustrative carrier fees at Dream Surge (1.05× published pass-through). Your actual mix of carriers will vary.

Email delivery, storage, recordings, and other add-ons are billed according to your stack and provider usage. Itemized rates appear on your Dream Surge or connected-platform invoices. If you need a line-item estimate, ask your Dream Surge contact.
